Performing comes naturally to me, with a deep connection to storytelling from an early age. After training at SUNY Purchase and living in New York City, I honed my skills as a performer and became keenly observant of human behavior. Despite exploring the medical field for a time, my passion for storytelling remains at the core of who I am, always finding inspiration in the world around me.
About Margot
Storytelling comes naturally to me. I’ve always been a performer, it’s not something I chose to do, it chose me. I graduated from SUNY Purchase conservatory training program and lived in New York City for many years. In NY, I sharpened my skills as a performer and thanks to big city living, I quickly became a keen observer to human behavior. I lived in Los Angeles for a while and after a short detour of reinventing myself, I decided to move back to New York and study Chinese Medicine where I earned a masters degree.
For a few years I was a professor at a small college and my story telling skills were often incorporated. I referenced detailed adventures and stories of the past in hopes of keeping my students awake during 3 hour lectures. The medical field opened new and fascinating doors, but my calling to share a good story has always been my true passion. I cherish the world I live in, and each moment of sonder, gives me creative insight to tell the story you want to hear… just give me a Margot minute.
